How to Get an Invoice for Your Reservation

You can download an invoice for your PriceRoom booking at any time through your account or booking confirmation.

Quick Answer

Invoices are available immediately after booking. Access them through your account dashboard or the booking confirmation email.

Where to Find Your Invoice

Option 1: From Your Account

  1. Log in to your PriceRoom account
  2. Go to "My Bookings"
  3. Find your booking
  4. Click "Download Invoice"
  5. Invoice downloads as PDF

Option 2: From Confirmation Email

  1. Open your booking confirmation email
  2. Look for "View Invoice" link
  3. Click to view online
  4. Download or print as needed

Option 3: Guest Booking

If you booked without an account:

  1. Go to "Find My Booking"
  2. Enter your email and booking reference
  3. Access booking details
  4. Download invoice

Invoice Types

Personal Invoice

  • Includes your name
  • Total amount paid
  • Booking details
  • VAT breakdown (where applicable)
  • Payment method

Business Invoice

Additional information included:

  • Company name
  • VAT/Tax ID number
  • Company address

  • Appears on all future invoices

Modifying Invoice Details

Before Download

You can update:

  • Billing name
  • Company name
  • VAT/Tax ID
  • Billing address

After Download

Cannot modify already issued invoices. Instead:

  1. Contact support
  2. Explain needed changes
  3. We'll issue corrected invoice
  4. Original remains for records

Multiple Bookings

Separate Invoices

Each booking gets its own invoice:

  • Cannot combine multiple bookings
  • Each has unique invoice number
  • Download individually

Bulk Download

For multiple bookings:

  1. Go to "My Bookings"
  2. Select bookings (checkbox)
  3. Click "Download Selected Invoices"
  4. Downloads as ZIP file

Lost Invoice?

How to Retrieve

  3. Contact support - We'll resend

Prepaid vs Pay at Hotel

Prepaid Bookings:

  • Payment confirmed

Pay at Hotel:

  • Invoice for deposit only
  • Hotel issues separate invoice for balance
  • Two invoices total

Partial Refunds

If you received a refund:

  • Original invoice remains
  • Credit note issued separately
  • Shows refund amount
  • Both needed for records

Cancelled Bookings

Full refund:

  • Original invoice
  • Credit note for full amount
  • Net amount: Zero

Partial refund:
