Finding Your Booking Confirmation
After completing a booking on PriceRoom, you'll receive confirmation details via email and in your account.
Quick Answer
Your booking confirmation is sent immediately to your email address. You can also find it in your account under "My Bookings" or by clicking the link in your confirmation email.
Where to Find Your Confirmation
1. Email Confirmation
Immediately after booking, we send:
- Confirmation email with booking details
- Subject: "Your PriceRoom Booking Confirmation - [Hotel Name]"
- From: bookings@priceroom.co
- Includes: Booking reference, hotel details, dates, price
Check these folders:
- Inbox (primary)
- Promotions tab (Gmail)
- Spam/Junk folder (if not received)
2. Your PriceRoom Account
If you have an account:
- Log in at priceroom.co
- Click "My Account" or your name
- Select "My Bookings"
- Find your booking in the list
- Click to view full details
Guest Booking (No Account):
- Check your email
- Use "Find My Booking" link
- Enter email + booking reference
3. Confirmation Page
Right after booking:
- Confirmation shown on screen
- Take a screenshot for backup
- Booking reference displayed prominently

Guest Information:
- Primary guest name

Payment Summary:

1. Check Spam/Junk:
- Confirmation emails sometimes filtered
- Add bookings@priceroom.co to contacts
- Check all email folders
2. Verify Email Address:
- Was it typed correctly at booking?
- Check for typos
- Look in other email accounts
3. Wait a Few Minutes:
- Email may be delayed
- Usually arrives within 5 minutes
- Can take up to 30 minutes in rare cases
4. Check Payment Status:
- Was payment successful?
- Check bank statement
- Authorization vs actual charge
5. Contact Support:
